01 / Residential real estate
Joseph Denny
Website & materials built · command-center demo
An agent’s expertise, turned into a connected client experience.
The brief
Make Joseph’s construction-informed approach easy for buyers to understand, and organize the next steps around the client journey.
What I built
A personalized realtor website, a branded nine-page Northeast Florida buyer guide, and a command-center demo for tasks, pipeline, property research, and campaigns.
What you can inspect
Actual website and guide screenshots, plus a command-center screen using demonstration records. You can open each sample below.
What this example verifies
Evidence shown: existing website, guide, and command-center screenshots. The command center is a local demo; production integrations and sales results are not established by these samples.
Actual project screenshot. These are draft content plans in the local marketing portal.
02 / Real estate & property management
Terri Falk
Local marketing portal built
Two brands. One organized marketing process.
The brief
Bring content planning for Made4More and VDR Property Management into an organized process while keeping the two brands distinct.
What I built
A local marketing portal with separate brand views, an editable calendar, captions, an artwork library, approval controls, and calendar export.
What you can inspect
An actual calendar screenshot from the tested local portal. Content plans and approvals are visible; social publishing still happens separately.
What this example verifies
Evidence shown: a screenshot from the tested local portal. Social-account connections and automatic publishing are not part of this local build.
Screenshot of the actual tool in demonstration mode. Property names and numbers are fictional; no client holdings are shown.
03 / Real estate investor tools
Rafael Norat
Personalized working prototype
A financial idea turned into a tool you can actually try.
The brief
Turn a rental-property planning idea into an interactive way to explore expenses, debt, reserves, and portfolio assumptions.
What I built
A Financial Clarity prototype personalized for RN Business Management, with editable property inputs, a recalculating portfolio summary, calculation details, and CSV and print exports.
What you can inspect
A working browser demo you can try with fictional properties and numbers. Change the assumptions to see the modeled results update.
Evidence shown: the working personalized prototype, using demo data. This does not establish adoption by Rafael, production deployment, investment results, or lender approval.
Selected work, with private client details removed. These examples show what was built; they are not testimonials or claims of sales results.

A small pilot. A visible result.

authorized records tested
25 / 25
address classifications matched manual review
10.12s
reported automated runtime
Reported by Trinidad Analytics. A limited Ponte Vedra sample, not a guarantee of leads, accuracy on other data, or sales.
The overview reports complete source fields for 25 authorized records and four address-mismatch research signals. Owner names were excluded from the export and each record remained subject to human approval. Address mismatch does not establish seller intent or a qualified lead.
The PDF’s estimated 41.5 minutes saved (83%) uses an assumed two-minute manual lookup per record and an estimated review period. The manual baseline was not timed. Page 7 is the source; the site does not provide an independent audit or record-level test logs. A new workflow should be measured against your own authorized data and a timed human benchmark.
Skyler TrinidadFounder, Trinidad Analytics
Your business. A real person in your corner.
I learn how you work. Then we build around it.
I combine business judgment, custom tools, and clear storytelling to turn scattered work into a process you can actually use.
Hear how I approach your business, the work, and your control over the process.
We start with the tools and process you already use. A custom portal can connect information and cover missing handoffs. What can integrate—and what should change—is determined after reviewing your systems and account access.
Does anything go live without my approval?
Outreach, publishing, record changes, and other high-impact actions are designed with your approval rules. You review content, claims, audiences, channels, schedules, and budgets before activation. Connections and automation are configured for your engagement.
Can you guarantee leads or closings?
No. Lead generation, marketing, and automation cannot guarantee listings, buyers, closings, revenue, rankings, or response rates. We agree on a practical workflow and measurable test, then evaluate real performance.
What does a project cost?
The scope depends on your first workflow, data access, integrations, and support needs. We define the work and price before implementation. Any third-party subscriptions or usage costs are identified during scoping.
